Dr. Tyagi was instrumental in establishing my laboratory at AUUP when I joined our esteemed department as Associate Professor. Her seminal work identified yet unrecognized role of Protein Kinase D (PKD) as a druggable driver of High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer. She pharmacologically targeted PKD in vitro and showed excellent anti-cancer effects of a small molecule inhibitor CRT0066101 in ovarian cancer cells. She has published her works in multiple high-impact, international peer-reviewed journals including International Journal of Biological Macromolecules (IF: 8.5).
