Dr. Abha Sachdeva continued working on the cues we identified from Dr. Komal Tyagi's research and conclusively showed that Protein Kinase D signalling orchestrates Aurora Kinase A/ERK pathway and drives deadly, chemo resistant neuroendocrine differentiation in ovarian cancer cells. Her works paved path to go deep into the pathobiology of deadliest gynaecological malignancy and identify novel therapeutic targets to improve patient outcomes.
